Dragon Mains Distribution Unit
The Dragon Mains Distribution Unit represents our highest grade mains splitting device. Made from luxurious components throughout it surpases all expectations and provides a substancial yet stylish solution for the very highest grade of HiFi and A/V systems.
We start by providing a very high-quality component case with a thick Aluminium luxury front panel and is isolated with a set of exteme luxury component feet to carefully control the resonance in the product and also to provide that stylsh appearence.
However Dragon mains block is by no means all about looks! Internally you will find it is hand wired with an incredible 18 x IRC, HCT conductors plus a stranded earth to each socket for our lowest resistence circuit yet! This further increases signal integrity which along with fully screening every cable inside the block pushes performance forward. We also fit our highest specification Enhanced NAS (noise absorbing system) treatments for each socket inside the block to remove further unwanted distortion and interference which in turn improves both the sound and image. In easy terms this means there is essentially and entire Scorpion Mains cable to EACH Socket!!
To further reduce the interference and noise flaw of the product we also fit a Military specification Earth Line Choke and can also offer fully active picture filtering isolated to an individual socket on request. As standard and for audio we prefer to not use the active filtering and allow customers to specify to match their requirements!
To provide the best connection possible we fit 6 x High Quality 3 pin outlets which are fully plated in Silver/Rhodium. This is matched to the highest grade Furutech Fi-33 Rhodium Plated Copper 16amp IEC inlet which provides the ultimate in connection quality and further enhances the lavish attention to detail spent on the Dragon Mains Block. Further more to enhance flexibilty we also provide a 7th outlet in the form of a 20amp un-fused NeutriK connection which then allows for the additional connection of a 2nd mains block providing a facilty of up to 12 outlets.
Even at its higher price point the Dragon Mains Distribution Unit represents terrific value but it also sets a new benchmark for what we can achieve with simple high grade mains splitting. Depending on the cables chosen to partner the Dragon, simply sublime results can be achieved.
The Dragon Distribution Unit is designed to work in perfect synergy and enhance the Funnel-web, Scorpion and Dragon mains cables.
The Dragon Mains Distribution Unit is only supplied as a 6-way model and does not come with a mains cable supplied. You need to buy a compatible mains cable for this which we would advise is either the Funnel-web, Scorpion or Dragon.
