Because of the flexibilty of options we offer on most of our products a lot of them are made to order, this of course adds time to your delivery however your selected delivery method is still valid for the transport of your completed order. We endeavour to provide a cost efficient postage solution for all orders but at times an unaccpetable postage charge is calculated by the website software and also at times multiple charges which should never happen, if you feel this is the case please call our sales line and the most cost efficient and accurate service will be calculated based on your exact order. Normal couriers are not insured or permitted to enter your house/premises; however we can provide a full delivery and installation service at an extra cost, if required. Any goods returned to us under this clause, that are found not to be damaged and are in full working order, will be returned to you and you will be charged an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of delivery. 8.
